This eyeshadow primer is designed to absorb excess oil, refine eye lid texture and to intensify eye shadow shades. A grain of rice size application on both eyelids ensures increased longevity of eyeshadow without creasing.

Pro Tip- Apply a very small amount of Eye Shadow Primer under the lower lash line to stop mascara transfer and panda eyes.
